Chatty Tees Australia Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept exchanges only if there is an issue with the item or the printing.  Here is the process:

  1. Once you receive your item, you have 30 days to submit a return.
  2. Please take a photo of the item and email us at orders@chattytees.com.au along with your name and order number.
  3. Chatty Tees will review the photo and contact you.
  4. Chatty Tees will contact the printer.
  5. If both Chatty Tees and the printer agree the item requires a reprint, we will notify you of the approval for exchange.
  6. Return your item via mail to: 9 Central Avenue, Coolum Beach, QLD, 4573, Australia.
  7. A new item will be sent to you in a timely manner.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
